Shipping rates and times
Provide your home or work address when making your purchase and we will send the order to the address of your choice.
Delivery rates and times vary according to the item you purchase. Please refer to the specific product page of the item you order to see the estimated delivery time. Keep in mind, different product or item may have different delivery time.
We ship to all 50 states and Washington DC. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Please be aware that:
- The delivery time may be longer than normal during sale periods and promotions.
- When your order leaves our warehouses, after order confirmation once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified, we will send you an email.
- All orders are subject to verification
Please bear in mind that in some cases your purchase may include various deliveries so you will receive your orders on different dates.
You can query the status of your order at any time in "My orders" in My account section. If you are not registered at Voorvet.com, you can access directly in the "Orders" section. In this case, you will have to enter your email address and order number.
Moreover, when your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an email.
I still have not received my order
If your purchase has not arrived by the delivery date, check your email as it is likely that you have received an email informing you that the order has left our warehouse.
Remember you can query the status of your order at any time in "My orders" in the "My account" section. If you are not registered, go to the "Orders" section and enter your email address and order number.
Please keep in mind that during sale periods and promotions, delivery dates may be longer.
The items received are incorrect or are defective
If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, please refer to our Return + Refund Policy page and send your claim to our customer care team (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 days of your delivery date.
I have not received all the items in my order
Check your email to see whether we have sent you an email informing you that one of the items in your order is not available / out of stock. In this case, we will refund you the associated amount for this item and the delivery expenses via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Remember that your purchase may have included various deliveries which will be received on different dates. Check your purchase confirmation email to see if it applies.
If you have not received any email and your purchase did not have various deliveries, contact our Customer Care Team (email@example.com) and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
